STARTED a new series this week.
It's something I've been dreaming of the last few years.
Thinking of naming it Context & Memory.

fabric roller shade

FINALLY made a fabric roller shade for my office.
All I used was a plain roller shade, scissors, some fabric glue and leftover fabric.

And although she may be too heavy to roll back up now, at least she's cute :)

ONE YEAR AGO my husband and I bought our second fixer upper.
Here's a lil list of what renovating all these weeks and weekends (just the 2 of us) included:

- installing new flooring throughout
- building walls and headers
- installing crown molding
- installing french doors
- installing new toilets
- removing old fixtures
- installing fixtures
- removing wallpaper
- priming and painting every inch of woodwork
- have I mentioned the priming and painting every inch of woodwork?
